“Coat was lovely but wrong size! The process of returning and replacing for another size has been super frustrating! Since 22nd December when coat was returned I have had no update l, when I messaged I was told it would be looked into but ….. still waiting! No coat! No money!”

“Coat is nice and fits well, it's not as water resistant as described, little Dachshund belly still gets wet it comes through the material. Still keeps him dryer and warmer than without.”

“I am delighted with the dog coat I bought for our mini Dachshund! It is beautifully made and is a great fit , keeping him dry and clean. He very much enjoys our daily walks and previous coats have not been a success. This is so easy to put on and take off as well, a bonus. We have had many compliments while out and about! Customer service is excellent, thank you and I have ordered another coat in a different colour for Ronnie. Ann.”
