“The table took ages to assemble. One screw did not tighten. I wasted 2 days waiting for the furniture. It was not until I called the shop that there wa s communication with the delivery peiople and it arrived.”
“Ordered in December but out on stock, it arrived today via DHL. Easy to put together, slightly disappointed that the table wobbles but the feet can be adjusted to rectify that. Looks good with the Jasmine bench I have had for a few years. Excellent quality and service.”
“Prompt delivery - excellent. I was pleased to find 'small size' to fit on a narrow balcony which is only 58 cm wide. I have assembled the Sandra coffee table, which took some time to do. Would have been easier with another pair of helping hands! Haven't assembled the Emma chairs yet but it may be easier if I can balance the seat (upside down) on my dining table as you have to put the back on first and then the legs.”
