“Fantastic, unique, I have never been this impressed with an online retailer: 1. Packaging solid and strong enough so everything is kept secure, even though it is made out of metal. Wrapped and taped securely and by hand on the inside as well 2. Zusammenbau: very easy and clear to understand, well prepared and, uniquely: there was a spare of every part, nobody does that! 3. All the advantages described about the product completely fulfilled, highest quality materials, rust free, good looks, comfortable seats, and the table is beautiful and practical with the tray on the legs. The English sure are congenial and very European in the way they do business!”

“Overall very satisfied, the delivered goods were as described and of very good quality. One little problem that was noticed during assembly was quickly resolved with a replacement delivery! Unfortunately, communication over the phone was not possible, but worked perfectly via email! Fast delivery and good service, for me 5 stars!”
