“Originally ordered an Ivy table and two Rose chairs online. I missed the Rose table and chairs combination on the website – my mistake. Received an email within three hours from LazySusan pointing out the Rose table, so re-ordered on Sunday. Consignment arrived on Tuesday within the hour delivery slot specified. Assembly was easy, despite only a single, diagrammatic assembly instruction. Took 45 minutes to assemble the chairs and table. 20 minutes for the first chair finding out how to do it. For example, is easier to loosely assemble the chair back to the seat before attaching the rear legs, as these partly block the chair back bolts. Also to loosely attach the side arms to the back and seat to get the positions right, and then tighten all six bolts. Second chair took 15 min, table 10 min. Table and two chairs look just right on the patio next to my thatched cottage. And no maintenance, although will have to see how the steel bolts last without rusting. So far, 5 stars. However, the plastic caps to hide the bolts/nuts do not fit as either the bolts are too long, or the caps are too small to fit over the nuts, leaving the shiny steel bolt/nuts contrasting against the bronze. Am no too worried about this, as the only bolts in view are those on the chair back, which face a wall and so are not in view. Even so, this is a fault, hence dropping a star. Would have given 4½ stars if possible. Overall, am very satisfied with LazySusan customer service, delivery, and product. A recommended purchase.”

I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and my Tuesday afternoon it had been delivered. The chairs, tables and bench I ordered were easy to put together and we were supplied with more than enough nuts and bolts than we needed.
