“Ordering online is okay + Delivery with TNT fast and punctual. - Information regarding the weight of the chair not clear on the internet. Questions regarding this via email didn't bring clarification, but communication was friendly. In the end I just ordered the chair, assembled it, and weighed it. - Ordered 1 chair but received 2 (partially faulty), from which I then built a whole chair, Lazy Susan said they would collect the rest. - General terms and conditions are stricter than in Germany.”
