I felt confident ordering two matching garden benches and they came in very good time. There was a slight problem with constructing one of them (honestly, nothing dramatic) and they sent me a little tool to fix it, which it did. I phoned them to discuss it, and got a human being straight away! That's a rarity and means so much.
They're a lovely company to deal with, very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.”
“Spoke to customer services and the man i spoke to was really helpful and I then ordered online. I think his name was Luca. Package delivered in the timescale given on the day. We are delighted with the bench. Only problem we had was we followed the instructions and put the arms and seat together first then found we couldn't get the backrest in so had to dismantle and start again. More precise instructions would have helped! But definitely a 5 star review.”
