“Great table and sturdy. The instructions for assembly could be a little easier. I prefer a written explanation rather than pictures. It wasn’t clear in the instructions why you weren’t supposed to use the spanner rather than hands to tighten the screws initially. This is so you can position the legs under the base before tightening. For a DIY novice like me, this wasn’t helpful and I thought for an awful minute the legs were the wrong fit. Maybe it’s obvious to others though!”

“Order process and customer support very good. Quality inspection at manufacturing stage should have identified faulty items before dispatch but issues were dealt with and promptly resolved. Thank you! Would recommend you to others.”

“We ordered a bench and patio set with 2 chairs and a table. They all look great and knowing that they will last is less of a kerfuffle in the future. The delivery was well organised and the drivers were friendly and efficient. When I had to speak to one of your colleagues on the phone he was very helpful and was able to put my mind at rest over the delivery time. A superb service all round.”

“I couldnt find what wanted on the website with such a big range in sizes and styles. I ended up calling with customer services on the phone. He was amazing! As lockdown has eased. I am tempted to get more chairs for my parents who comes around, so hoping they can do something for me. Took payment over the phone and delivered much sooner than the 10 days. Amazing service, prices and quality and would recommend my friends and family. ***”
