“Package was delivered quickly, and the product is good. But, the finish is pretty rough in places and, with hindsight, I'd rather have spent more to get furniture that didn't need to be put together as it took quite some time. Also, one of the bolts supplied didn't have any thread cut into it, so one chair was redundant until we went out and bought an additional 'M8' bolt - which the caps were too big to fit. Otherwise, all good.”

Some of the small hardware items were missing -however Customer Service was excellent and we received the missing bits very quickly after a telephone enquiry. There were one or two small 'rubs' where the paint had been abraded but these were easily touched up. Generally we feel this was a good purchase.”
