“We were initially told on the telephone that the product was out of stock until next year, so perhaps you need to ensure that all staff are updated with current stock levels. This misinformation was corrected as soon as we put in our order and thereafter the procedure was smooth, with a very prompt delivery. The furniture was easier to put together than we feared and we are delighted with the appearance of the slate on our grey sandstone terrace (photos sent separately) We chose this product because it did not need any maintenance and we look forward to many years of use.”
“Ordering at Lazy Susan is highly recommendable. The service team is extraordinary friendly, competent and accommodating. Obligingness doesn't seem to be a problem for them. The furniture is easy to assemble and the touch up of smaller transport-related blemishes is well demonstrated on Youtube. All in all everything is well thought out. The only "problem": the haulier called only when he was already in front of the house - contrary to what was agreed upon beforehand. But even that wasn't a problem in the end. so: thumbs up!”
