“The furniture is a lovely quality and easy to construct (would suggest a two person job for the table). We did have a problem with one of the chairs as the legs didnt lie flat post construction, but customer services were quick to put that right.”

There was some damage to one of the chairs (possibly manufacture default)I sent a picture on email and received a call within 15 minutes of sending email, apologised for inconvenience and sent out a replacement which was perfect. When the parasol developed a fault this August you offered a replacement at half price which I thought was very fair.Unfortunately I have had to put it away for the winter now but.
