“I ordered the furniture by phone which I prefer to on line. I was answered swiftly by a very friendly and helpful young lady. The furniture was delivered very quickly by two helpful young men. The furniture is exactly as described in the advertisement and indeed exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased”

“A lot of assembly required but that is fairly straightforward with all the bolts, nuts and washers shrink-wrapped onto a well labelled card and appropriate tools supplied. Looks very good”

“Delivery on time, and helpful delivery man. All parts clearly marked. Relatively easy to assemble, though the included tools IMHO need to be augmented. Really pleased with the quality of the furniture. Customer service very responsive and helpful when I had a query about the parasol. Would recommend to others. All we need now is some sunshine so as to enjoy sitting outside!”
