“The only thing that I think you could improve in the areas of both quality of product and customer service relates to the seat cushions on our April chairs.. Although in most areas I feel that you are far superior even to competitors with much more expensive product,s there are many - including similarly priced and cheaper - who have cushions shaped to the seat rather than trying to squeeze a square cushion onto a smaller curved seat. The appearance is far superior. Hope this is helpful.”

“We received the above order, which was delivered on time and undamaged - however, while all the Rose chairs assembled well I had a problem when assembling the June table. As the accompanying instructions didn't suggest an order of assembly I connected all four legs to the centre piece (loosely) and offered this up to the lugs(bolts) on the underside of the table top. There was no way that they would line up to complete assembly, so I tried again by bolting each leg to the underside of the table (loosely) and then connecting the centre piece. This was more successful but the brackets on the centre piece seem to have been welded on incorrectly, such that there is no snug fit between any of the legs and the brackets on the centre piece. A bit disconcerting but when all the bolts were tightened the table seemed stable. We like the table, chairs and parasol but I feel the above problem needs to be addressed by your good selves, to avoid any future customer issues. The owner of the company contacted me very quickly and after asking what I wanted to do assured me that Lazy Susan would provide free replacement for any substandard parts of the set.”
“Beautiful patio set, delivered to my convenience after a personal call from Andrew at the office. Easy to put up, with minimal brute force required! (With only one cross threaded but and bolt (to quote my husband, I am a girl(!), and it was expertly crossed!) There was even an extra bolt, nut, washer and cap for every different size just in case one got lost ior wasn't fitting properly! I'm really really pleased with the set, service, delivery man was lovely too! Ready for the summer now!! Thank you Lazy Susan I'll be recommending you to everyone who'll listen!”
