“Excellent delivery service; garden furniture took a while to assemble but when finished it looks lovely and seems to be of good quality - time will tell. Some customers may find it difficult to dispose of the wooden pallet used for delivery.”

“No doubt you will have read other reviews about the products and service that “Lazy Susan” gives. Most reviews give a five (5) Star rating and I totally endorse all of the comments. If you ask yourself when the last time you experienced “exceptional Service” you may find it difficult. Lazy Susan has just given me that. So many (silly) things can go wrong when ordering on-line but the quality of product and attention to detail, together with the personnel interaction made this company a pleasure to deal with”
“I paid an extra £30 to have my furniture delivered on Saturday morning. We were having it delivered to our static caravan to use there. We sat all morning waiting to be contacted about the delivery, when it got to 12-45 my partner walked up to the office he was told it had been delivered and put into maintenance area. No one on the site knew when it had been delivered or who in fact signed for the delivery. You had 2 phone numbers to contact us (one of your staff rang me previously on mine) but no contact was made. I am thrilled with the furniture, but having paid the extra £30 I am VERY upset at the way it was delivered. The staff on site tell us they think it was maybe delivered on friday as when they came on duty and opened up the maintenance area first thing it was there. Can you tell me please who signed for the delivery and what time it was delivered. It could have been taken by anyone on this large caravan park or anyone from outside that may have seen it being delivered. Luckily it wasn't. I await your response to my comments.”
“I'm very satisfied with the garden furniture. Everything went without problems and I'm really surprised how fast the goods arrived. Just one thing, I'm pretty sure I ordered high back cushions and not just the delivered seat pads.”
“Great patio set which everyone has admired. The chairs and table are very well finished unlike some I've seen elsewhere and the price was very competitive. Delivery was very speedy too. I noticed the fixing kit for the Rose chair came in 2 versions, 1 with locking washers and the other without. I think the locking washers are a safer option, although it's unlikely that the nuts will come loose.”
“The truck carrying out table and chairs was too large for our country lanes. The driver of the truck happened to meet a local farmer/friend who brought our furniture to the door. No problem here but there was no call from the driver to see if in fact we had received the goods! We are however very pleased with the furniture.”
