“We are very happy with the product and the whole ordering process was easy and quick. Delivery was a little stressful because only Grandma was home and there was nobody to help the delivery man lift the boxes. It might be helpful to warn customers to have someone strong at home for delivery. Having said that, overall we have been pleased and would recommend Lazy Susan.”
“The only thing that I think you could improve in the areas of both quality of product and customer service relates to the seat cushions on our April chairs.. Although in most areas I feel that you are far superior even to competitors with much more expensive product,s there are many - including similarly priced and cheaper - who have cushions shaped to the seat rather than trying to squeeze a square cushion onto a smaller curved seat. The appearance is far superior. Hope this is helpful.”
