“Took 5 hours to assemble (longer than I anticipated) and bits were missing. Problems resolved quickly but shouldn't have happened; quality control needs improvement.”
“The staff at your place were helpful and wonderful, but the transport firm screwed up somewhat. The first day of expected delivery they were firstly late, then unable to deliver because the truck was too big for my village. They promised to send a small van the next day, but what turned up was a 17tonner which again was too big - I had to meet him in a nearby estate, take my child seat out, unpack half the stuff to get it into my vwpolo, and drive home with the back open. Then I struggled to get it out of the car, and basically had to unpack the box in the boot, as it was too heavy to get it out by myself otherwise. Despite that I'd still recommend you to others!! The furniture is wonderful!!”
“Excellent service. Minutes after placing my order on Monday I had a phone call to arrange the delivery which was for Thursday but to my surprise it came on Wednesday which was great as we were home. So 3 days from order to delivery. It is now all put together and looking great.Very pleased with the quality should last for years.”

“No doubt you will have read other reviews about the products and service that “Lazy Susan” gives. Most reviews give a five (5) Star rating and I totally endorse all of the comments. If you ask yourself when the last time you experienced “exceptional Service” you may find it difficult. Lazy Susan has just given me that. So many (silly) things can go wrong when ordering on-line but the quality of product and attention to detail, together with the personnel interaction made this company a pleasure to deal with”
“I paid an extra £30 to have my furniture delivered on Saturday morning. We were having it delivered to our static caravan to use there. We sat all morning waiting to be contacted about the delivery, when it got to 12-45 my partner walked up to the office he was told it had been delivered and put into maintenance area. No one on the site knew when it had been delivered or who in fact signed for the delivery. You had 2 phone numbers to contact us (one of your staff rang me previously on mine) but no contact was made. I am thrilled with the furniture, but having paid the extra £30 I am VERY upset at the way it was delivered. The staff on site tell us they think it was maybe delivered on friday as when they came on duty and opened up the maintenance area first thing it was there. Can you tell me please who signed for the delivery and what time it was delivered. It could have been taken by anyone on this large caravan park or anyone from outside that may have seen it being delivered. Luckily it wasn't. I await your response to my comments.”
