Had a couple of issues with the delivery company, but lazy Susan were very good with getting it all sorted out and letting us know what was going on. Took the stress away. When our products arrived, everything was was packed for easy assembly. Instructions were clear too.”

“The furniture looks great on our patio. Communication was good. Four arm rests, all in same box, had chips on the paintwork. I don't think the damage occurred in transit so likely packed damaged. QC could be better. Customer service advisor offered to send some paint to repair them. Not happy with that solution considering the price. They agreed to replace. Replacement arm rests are perfect.”
