“Very pleased with the helpful service when I placed my order by phone on a Sunday morning, delivery was exactly onetime and very efficient. There was some damage to one of the chairs (possibly manufacture default)I sent a picture on email and received a call within 15 minutes of sending email, apologised for inconvenience and sent out a replacement which was perfect. Would recommend quality and service without hesitation, ?”

When the parasol developed a fault this August you offered a replacement at half price which I thought was very fair.Unfortunately I have had to put it away for the winter now but.
