“Ordering the Jasmine bench online was easy, but I was expecting an email to confirm the delivery date I had requested. When this did not arrive, I logged back into my account and found a message there to confirm it. Apart from that, everything went perfectly. Interlink Express delivered within the 1-hour time slot that they had advised. The bench was very well packed and easy to assemble, and I was pleased to have spanners and 2 spare nuts, bolts and washers in case of need. We are very happy with the product which complements perfectly our 8 seater Summer table and patio set from Lazy Susan a couple of years ago. Well done and thank you for such efficient service.”
“When ordering the garden bench I had problems with your website, which refused to accept my credit card and didn't allow me to set up a prof. However, a telephone call quickly resolved the problem. The furniture was dispatched soon after ordering and arrived on the day you indicated. Sadly, one piece of the bench was broken - a crack in the alumimium that was visible on all sides - but a quick call remedied the problem and a new part was dispatched overnight. Assembly of the furniture was straightforward and it looks very smart in our garden and is of high quality. Given the excellent customer service and 'no quibble' approach to replacing the broken part, I think the value for money is also high.”
