“What a pleasure it is to deal with a company like Lazy Susan. It goes without saying that we have been very happy with the Jasmin bench, side table and chairs that we ordered from you back in 2015. What is most impressive is the support given when a minor problem arose two years later. Most companies would have washed their hands of the problem but Lazy Susan really 'went the extra mile' to resolve the issue. “bench arrived quickly. Unfortunately, one of the adjustable feet was missing. Fortunately, I happened to.have 4 adjustable feet salvaged from some appliance or other in the past, so I was able to replace the 3 feet supplied with a complete set of 4 of a different design but which fitted the threaded holes in the leg ends. Also, the nuts and bolts supplied differed from those in the inadequate picture instructions which didn’t make it clear which washers went where. With a bit of trial and error I managed to assemble it and it seems fine, perhaps not as solid as expected at the bolted connections, but solid enough for occasional use.”

“I ordered a garden bench for my parents as a gift and was told it could be delivered a week later at my request when I would have been staying with them. However, it arrived the following day as it seems once you place an order it automatically is prepared for dispatch. So the surprise element had to go as I had to inform my parents so they could be in to sign for it. Apart from that, the bench itself is great and perfect for them as it is low maintenance but light enough to be moved as required to different parts of the garden.”
