“After 10 working days waiting for my table and chairs to arrive, I phoned the company, who found that the parcels had been lost by the courier. They arranged for another consignment to be sent, but even this did not arrive until 2 days after it was supposed to. The table and chairs are very nice. My son-in-law out them together and said the job was straightforward. 6 chairs arrived instead of the 4 I had ordered. I am waiting to see if Lazy Susan will want the extra 2 back. I was surprised that they do not track the goods sent out to customers.”
