“Very pleased with the speed of delivery. We had a slight problem with the seat base. This was a casting fault and very difficult to notice. We did not notice this until after the bench was assembled and in full daylight. Phoned Lazy Susan and spoke to someone who was most helpful and sent us a replacement seat base without quibble. I would certainly recommend this company for customer service and the quality of the product. (The slight fault with the casting is something that can happen from time to time)”
