“We are now the proud owners of a Frances 6 seater table & april chairs, green parasol and seat pads. A wonderful service from the time of requesting a sample. Ordering was easy, arrived when expected , assembly was easy and it looks great on my new patio. After a lot of research Lazy Susan came up with the best value for money. Excellent quality, not too heavy to move around ,yet heavy enough to withstand the wind . What more could you expect from a company!!. “We are delighted with our table and chairs. They look magnificent. We had wanted the stripey chair cushions, but they were no longer available, so we 'ummed and aahed' over the colour for the chair cushions; green or stone. Just couldn't decide. Eventually, we were advised that most people ordering from the website chose stone, whilst most people buying in person (from the outlet) chose green. We opted for green cushions and parasol and are very pleased with our decision. Service was good and speedy.”

The third order got caught up in the bank holiday volume, but Kate from the customer service team telephoned me on the bank holiday Sunday to explain what had happened, apologise, and confirm a replacement was being despatched. This was very reassuring. However, the order arrived later that day, on a bank holiday Sunday, via a very helpful delivery person. The fact I have made three orders is testimony to the product quality. I have had a table, six chairs, cushions, parasol and base, plus thee garden benches and cushions. We have looked at local garden centres and for the price and quality we could not have done better. Thank you, we are delighted and recommend you.”
