“Everything and everyone who has dealt with this order has been first class,there is just one area where I think you could improve your service,your designated carrier was very helpful but the product was far too heavy for one person to handle.we have 7 steps leading down to our house and I had to help him bring them down,and I am a senior citizen, would suggest in the future that you would advise your carrier this product needs 2 people.”
