“Love the furniture and recently ordered a bistro table set with two chairs. Excellent quality and easy to assemble. However, after a couple of weeks we experienced a problem with one of the bolts fixing the legs to the seat. I emailed about the problem and received a call back within a couple of hours. Two days later a replacement seat part had arrived enabling us to fix the problem.Really outstanding customer service.”
