“Initially I was a little dissapointed as I had not recieved or heard anything about my order after 11 days. I called for an update and everything was delivered four days later. All items are excellent quality and no hassle to assemble BUT what about the packing?? I could not believe how well everything was protected. In fact the delivery guy tripped on the kerb when unloading and two packages (two chairs and the table) fell out of the truck and bounced onto the road. Panic!! They were the first to be unpacked, and, not a scracth. Congratulations to the packing team. Will be back again.”
“The only problem is a packaging one. You place all the components ( washers, screws, nuts, etc. ) all under adhesive tape. This does not help senior citizens with the lack of flexibility in their fingers or hands. It is my opinion, being 82 years old. that placing items of this small nature would be better served in a bag.”
