“I'm happy with the delivery. Components were alright. Bolts and other accessories were properly packaged. The outer packaging should be more sturdy which is very recommendable concerning bigger accessories. Nonetheless, my impression is good and I'm sold on the garden tables and chairs. Only 4 stars because of the packaging.”

“I found the ordering process with Lazy Susan very straightforward and I was particularly impressed in how my request to make a slight change was handled. The telephone was always answered quickly and the operators extremely helpful. My furniture arrived quickly and I was kept up to date with the delivery process at all times.
