“Very happy with the end product. However, the coil spring washers were missing from the pack supplied to build the chairs. I had to go and buy some from b&q as I couldn't be sure if it would make a difference or not to the build.”

“Fantastic service from a great company with a personal touch. I had a query very shortly after placing my order, which was easily resolved (thank you for your understanding and generosity). It took us a few weeks to get around to start putting the furniture together. Unfortunately, one of the cushioned 'feet' in the parasol base was broken, but this was quickly remedied after a phone call to the office - first class service and delivery of the replacement part. The price paid for the patio set and parasol was fair, given the quality. We're really pleased overall with the product and the exceptional service.”
