“The service was first class - 1 constant person at their end who had a high knowledge of their product. We wanted to know if which of their tables etc was suitable for a seaside environment and we were given very honest feedback Quality is very good - unkown on how it will stand up to a salty environment but believe the product will do very well. Cost - it's not the cheapest on the market but from our research it certainly lived up to it's billing and I have no qualms in recommending them”

We got a call on delivery day to let us know what time they would be with us, which I thought was very good service. The table and chairs were easy to assemble and look exactly like the pictures on the website. They are sturdy but beautifully made. We're delighted we chose your company.”

Very much looking forward to some good weather so we can make the most of it, but it has made a real difference to the garden just to look at. Also - fantastic customer service. Very very helpful on the phone on my initial, very tentative, enquiry. Speedy turnaround of the order. The only negative aspect was the 'pallet' delivery (for a Saturday delivery), although probably my mistake, as I hadn't entirely understood what this meant. The delivery driver dropped the furniture in boxes on the pavement outside our house, wooden pallet and all - apparently with the pallet system they don't make any effort to bring it to your front door or into the house. After much persuasion he did help with one bit, but I had to leave the rest on the street until my husband got home much later. I would recommend using the Lazy Susan delivery team if you're not in a rush to get your product.”

We are delighted with our purchase and consider we have obtained a real "value-for-money" package. It is an excellent replacement for our old wooden furniture.
