“Great customer service, I had a paint defect (peeling paint) on some furniture I purchased a year or so ago, I emailed pictures across and they immediately responded, agreed that there was an issue and sent a replacement to me FOC - I would recommend the furniture, it is good quality and knowing it is backed by superb customer service is a re-assurance!”

I telephoned my complaint through. I was requested to email photographs of damaged 2 chairs. I did this and by return email was told that two new chairs were on their way to me.
Wonderful service. They arrived in three days later.
