“We ordered a table and 4 chairs in Oct 2021. The table was great but the paint started to come off the chairs. We discussed this with Lazy Susan and they replaced the chairs immediately. It was probably a fault in a particular batch and our environment near the sea put a major stress on them but the fact that the table remains in perfect condition suggests that the materials are normally excellent. I have docked 1 star for the bad batch but would give them 5 stars for their service.”
