“product was out of stock,but company informed us with option to cancel order. Bench arrived promptly a week later. My daughter and I had no problem putting together. looks lovely and nice to sit on. Was recommended by a friend. Hope for years of rust free use. Would order from Lazy Susan again.”
“The goods are great, made to a high specification & relatively easy to assemble. My only problem was with delivery from Parcelforce - the www had indicated stock would not be available until early May - however there was some & I got insufficient notice to make arrangements. Parcelforce miscommunication & no communication caused significant problems. Lazy Susan did helpfully intervene, but unfortunately to little effect. It is all here now, assembled & out in the garden, looking great.”
“The only problem was with the actual ordering via the phone, don't know if it was my accent but the email showed a number of errors. After a phone call by yourselves it was corrected. The delivery was on time and packaging very nicely done. The assembly was very easy to do and now my purchase stands proudly in the garden”
“Having viewed on line we chose to order by phone as we had a question, this worked very well the order was completed efficiently and the product was delivered on time. Only slightly adverse comment was that the bolts on the back did not align easily with the holes in the seat base, a couple of clamps were required to bring them in line. All good at the end!”
