“Communication with Lazy Susan was exemplary. Always reachable, friendly and very problem oriented. Contact was needed as to the problems with the carrier. One out of two parcels had been damaged badly, therefore, the furniture was chipped. Lazy Susan supplied me with touch up paint. The second parcel, which arrived one day later, was without any damage. Setting up the furniture was without any problems. The tools were of little use. The nut caps are too loose. Apart from that I am very happy with the look and stability of the furniture. Especially the customer service is exemplary.”
