“Excellent customer service. My parasol was a different colour to my seat cushions. When I queried this and supplied photos it turned out that the parasol hadn't been dyed properly so
it was a manufacturing fault. Lazy Susan sent me a new parasol the right colour yo match my cushions and suggested I kept the other one which I was able to use elsewhere. So great result! Thank you.”
