“The order was processed in a very efficient manner, including telephoning me to check on some details. The delivery was also excellent, arriving at about 11am on the day after I placed the order. I know this is an odd time of year to be buying outdoor furniture and so stock levels are naturally low, but I was rather disappointed to find that although the website indicated Fast Delivery on most items, when I got to the point of purchase I found that many items were on back order with long deliveries, 60 days in one case. It would help if the main catalogue page of the site showed this. It would also help if any problems with payment details were flagged up at the time of order. A minor point - I didn't like the little black labels stuck on the furniture, particularly on the table. Fortunately they came off ok. Another minor point - I couldn't attach the chair back with the legs in place. The backs had to go on first, but I didn't get this from the instructions. The table looks good in front of the house. I will send you a picture if the rain in Devon stops any time soon !!”
“The table and chairs were excellent, it took awhile to assemble on my own and I was pleasantly surprised that there were spare nuts and bolts supplied just in case. The delivery window given by TNT was not great and had to wait in all day (8am-6pm). Better information on delivery would be helpful and calling when 1 hour away would be fantastic, other companies do it. I would definitely recommend Lazy Susan and it's products.”
