“So I bought this based on Sali Hughes recent review for her column The Guardian newspaper. I am a sucker for a new skincare range but my reactive skin is not a fan. I did some ingredients checking and took a chance and I am delighted. I use carefully administered prescription tretinoin and need products with enough heft to cope with this. For a start the packaging is fantastic, glass, interesting font, just gorgeous. The serum is super, there is a silky thickness which means that it doesn’t immediately sink in, and feels comforting from the start. The moisturiser is thankfully in a jar, clean fingers clean product, no need for pumps or spatulas, it is definitely a cream texture but also has that delightful gel lightness to it. Initially I felt that it was sinking in a bit too speedily for my liking but whether it is or not, the effect on my skin is remarkable. My skin feels plumper, more robust, as if my skin’s barrier really has been fortified. I am astonished. I will be repurchasing and am intrigued by what comes next.”
