“I ordered forest oak but you sent me Savannah oak saying it is the same but clearly after sending you photos you can see it is a different colour. Ordered on 28th Feb & payed for, invoice stated forest oak, on the 2nd March you sent a kerb side delivery email with a different Invoice attached. If you were going to send me a different flooring surely another sample should have been sent to me. At present customer service is not very good”
