“I have to say I was a bit dubious buying from an online company at first, BUT I have to say this is one of the BEST companies I ever bought from!!!! it was like going back in time to where you could actually speak to a person straight away!!! Much better than the big name DIY shops that I’ve recently had terrible customer service from. The customer service from Discount Flooring Depot was probably the best I’ve ever experienced!!!, it was second to none!! The first laminate I wanted was out of stock, but they’ve got so many to choose from, so I picked a few more that I liked and a couple of days later I was sent the samples!! I spoke to about three people and all was really polite responsive and helpful and especially Migdalia who I mainly spoke to on the phone and by email, she responded to my emails as soon as she could and even though I sent an email at the end of the day when they was closed and it was just past her home time, she still responded to me even though she was just leaving to go home, she was so friendly, helpful, polite and sorted everything out for me, what a great asset she is! and all the other people I spoke to. And the price and the quality of the laminate and underlay I bought was great too!! I’m so please with it, I felt compelled to leave feed back as you don’t get many companies and customers services now a days like Discount Flooring Depot!! Even the delivery of 70 packs of laminate was great! Thanks so much and I’ll always recommend Discount Flooring Depot, as there’s not many companies like this around anymore Thanks Tara”

“Was expensive but has taken a lot of the movement out of the floor. Went on top of boards in attic room that felt quite unstable. Floor feels sturdier now”
