“Absolutely cannot fault this product - it is tough work to lay but that is normal for a herringbone pattern, and everything went together as it should. Had to take a number of boards up because of a leak and even separating them with a chisel only one board got damaged. the boards seem to be very hard wearing and scratch resistant, and have even dried out from the leak without separating. No chips to the face side when cutting - even with a 20 tooth saw. Small end fill pieces can separate quite easily, but even when separated can be glued in place very neatly. No boards arrived damaged. Was worried that I hadn't ordered enough, called and they offered to keep a couple of packs in reserve for a week just in case I needed them. Great product, great service. Colour is much nicer in real life than the product picture shows.”
