“I ordered the Wood Step 8mm Laminate Flooring in Snow White Oak. There was a problem with delivery, which was delayed on two occasions, due not to Discount Flooring but the delivery company, due I suspect to COVID-19 issues. DF responded to my emails almost immediately and could not have been more apologetic and made every attempt to resolve the issue, keeping me fully informed. They even refunded me the delivery cost as a gesture of goodwill. The product itself was easy to fit and looks stunning - I am extremely happy with it. Would definitely recommend and use again.”
