“Having looked around places like B&Q with no real understanding of the different flooring options available we decided to go to a specialist store. Discount flooring depot have a large range of flooring available and the sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable. With his detailed explanation of the different options and costs for each, he helped make our choice easy. The purchase was quick and easy once we had made our decision and we got to choose a delivery date to suit our needs. Unfortunately there was some confusion and the delivery arrived 3 days early. This meant I had to leave work for an hour to go and receive the order, which was a big inconvenience. Especially as my partner had already booked the delivery date off work specifically. The flooring itself arrived in good condition though we have not opened the pack yet. All in all I would recommend this product and the shop, despite the mix up with the delivery.”
