“Lovely flooring but the underlay is pricey for what it is (very thin packing wrap) and 35 quid delivery charge with no time slot offered and waiting in from 8-6.30 for a delivery that arrived at 8 at night is a pure liberty. Plus flooring had a completely different name from the one advertised and was told this is normal. To be honest there are plenty more cheap flooring places and I have a whole house to do so don't think I'll be using them again.”

“Arrived in great condition, exactly like the picture. I love the colour and the wood effect pattern. Ordered on a Sunday and was delivered by Wednesday. They are great with their customers also. Overall I will shop here again.”

“Ordered a sample of two colourways and trim, they arrived promptly and nicely packaged. Preferred the light shades of the Polar Oak, received my order promptly, though the trim followed next day due to a rerouting error. The customer services team were extremely helpful and it was all sorted with minimal fuss. We've just now fitted the flooring and it looks fantastic, easy click system and great quality despite the low price! Will be using this company again and again. many thanks”
