“Lovely looking flooring but not easy to fit together, gets a bit easier as you get used to the fitting system of it. But, looking absolutely fantastic once down.”

“Hi Sorry for the lower rating but £30 for 'kerb side' delivery for only 3x packs of laminate seems a bit steep. The driver then insisted my heavily pregnant wife carry them off the van”

Hi Ryan, The £30 delivery fee is because the flooring is delivered on a pallet and is the same amount for one or 100 packs. We will raise the issue of your wife being asked to carry the courier, however.

“Not yet installed but almost turned driver away as product on pallet while looked to be correct colour had no other resemblance to my order.product name online was vastly different to product name on packaging. Only after various web searches did I discover the invoice attached to an email which matched the product received to the alternative name on the website, sample and order”

“The flooring looks nice but I ended up paying more to have it fitted as the guy said it was the worst laminate he has ever laid. Every board was bowed and took so much longer to lay. We couldn't have returned it as the floor needed to be laid that day we didn't have time to wait”
