My elderly cat had started using my lounge as a toilet and I could not get the smell out of the carpet despite using two different carpet cleaning machines and specific pet odour detergents. Nothing worked. When the Bio one arrived, I immediately mixed it up and sprayed it copiously over the area. I must point out that a face mask should be worn as it was rather heavy on my asthmatic lungs. I waited for a while and then added Carpet Fresh just to get a good smell going. Waited 24 hours and moved the furniture back into place and prevented cat from accessing the area. Five days on the room smells clean and fresh and I almost can't wait for another accident to repeat the success. I really recommend this product. PS I loved the beautiful pale blue microfiber cloth that was included, far too much to use it to work product into the carpet. I didn't work it in at all: I just left it and it worked all the same. The blue cloth is now in my kitchen and children are forbidden to use it. The photo shows Bio One and the numerous products I bought to try mask the dreadful latrine-like smell that the lounge had.
