The machine is very well built and heavier than expected. It is very easy to use and program through the PID. Steam capacity is unreal especially if you max out the PID setting and use a 5 hole tip. Espresso extraction is fantastic and I can really tell the difference between this and my previous machine. Rinaldo’s extra ims shower screen was a nice add on and considering the excellent service I could not be happier with choosing this machine!
