I will echo what others have said, overall a very good treadmill. It does need to be on a hard surface for automatic mode to work, not on carpet. But it really isn't a problem using manual mode. I have put a yoga mat underneath to dampen the noise as I have it setup upstairs in a bedroom. I use it with a budget option Grandma shark folding round table for my desk. That's a suitable height for me (5ft 4.5 inches). I did have problems initially with the belt slipping to the left but after some adjustments as per the calibration function and Alyn key, it's now fine and seems to stay in the right position. It does make a noise 0.06 miles in which stays but it's ok if you're working alone. Might be a bit too noisy for a shared working environment.
