“Ok, so I have been looking for a regular trusted supplier and was recommended these guys. Loads of good reviews, so I placed my order. There was a delay in shipping due to problems with RM. I ordered on the Thursday, and when it didn’t arrive by Saturday I was rather concerned, as it stated next day delivery. I thought I had been scammed. However I emailed the company and they got straight back to me explaining that there had been a back log with RM Mail. A few emails were sent back and fourth but the reply’s were always prompt, polite and very helpful. I was told to wait a few days then if it doesn’t arrive they would ever refund or re send. I was slightly put at ease as I thought a scammer wouldn’t bother replying and keeping me up to date. I waited a day and it arrived, signed for. Both items intact, however I would recommend and better postal package. Both items were correctly marked and sealed. I cannot comment on the actual product (hence why not 5 stars) but customer service is at the top of their priority list. Don’t worry, these guys are legit, 100% and will deliver.”
