“False information about replacement packages sent if original package undelivered. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks sent multiple emails tried to talk on chat and finally find out that I have to call bank to get money back as there’s no replacement and no refund. It’s been my probably 20th transaction and half went good but every next one was worse than previous. Be aware there’s no replacement if your parcel is missing and you paying for next day delivery which was often not the next day”

“Customer service is appalling so be very wary. They forgot to send my product originally, then they didn't do it correctly and it was returned. They know where it is and refuse to help me by re-sending correctly. Their manner leaves a lot to be desired and they have no concern for their customers which is disgraceful. They have stolen over £100 from a working man with no conscience about it.”

“I have ordered and paid 8 quid for 24hours delivery and my items was dispatched on 21th of october it is 31th today i still have no tracking update and nothing have arrived yet.”

“I ordered Saturday hoping I would receive Tuesday latest as paid the 24 hour tracking, I am really hoping to receive tomorrow but my tracker says Royal Mail are waiting to receive my item, seems like a really good company I’d the goods arrive, fingers crossed for tomorrow.”

“The Usual. I had this issue 5 times, and now the 6th, the excuse is royal mail strikes, we work for businesses, and once there is an issue affecting our clients, we come-up with a process to sort things out. I was about to order from a different website, but I gave the benefit of doubt to UKsteroidsshop but again, the same issue. I've ordered on Tuesday 19th October 2022, today is the 26th Of Oct 2022, and nothing came through, live chat, the same answers, what a wonderful customer service..well done.”

“The customer support was not very good. They gave me wrong information about Royal Mail and how to redirect the package to a different address. I discovered this after speaking with Royal Mail. The issue was eventually sorted but the information provided was confusing.”

“Bad service Sent my order to a billing address and not my shipping address. Which they don't seem to care about. I have not received my item after 2 weeks. Poor customer service. No offer to replace or refund. Joke of a company”

“Next day delivery!.... Of FAKE Oxandrolone/Anavar lmao Mate if this stuff is legit then I'm Ronnie Coleman because I can take 100mg of this dogpoo and I won't feel a single thing, no back pumps, no muscle tightness, no energy drop, no side-effects or symptoms of an otherwise working product. Obviously no results either. Don't bother with this outlet. There is legit Pharmaqo out there but tbh it's hit and miss, especially with Var.”

“Ordered some pharmaqo var and when I checked the code on the site it wasn’t recognised. Tried with caps lock and without. Also with space and without. Don’t buy at this shop. I have emailed them and they didn’t even reply. Very disappointed”
