“Bit of confusion at first as my order was cancelled due to non payment when I had paid. Sent an email asking them to check their account and then everything clicked into gear and my goods arrived in no time at all . Communication is a little impersonal.”

“Update: Good News, team has contacted me today regarding my order, they were very prompt and my order is now processed, just waiting for the tracking number and delivery as it is a bank holiday today, happy with their customer service so far and hope to keep them as my source Posting this hoping it might help somebody else, i had ordered from them before to Ireland and had no issues, now this time ater a day my order was shown as cancelled, sent confirmation of payment and confirmation that the transfer was completed, i have contacted support via email throughout the week as sometimes it takes a couple days for the payment to clear but no news, support said they were waiting for payment still, waited a few more days, this evening i received another email saying my order was cancelled, no explanation and giving me free delivery next time? I will update the review later in case this gets sorted”
