Hi Michael, Thank you for shopping with us and we're glad to hear you've received both your orders. We understand you contacted us requesting information about the two orders you'd placed 15 days apart in July. We received your original email and then received your follow up requesting us to 'close the ticket please' within 5 hours of the ticket being opened. I am sorry we couldn't reply within a few hours for you, we do reply to all emails within 1 business day, and only didn't in your case since you'd directly asked us to close the ticket. “I have ordered many products from this company and overall the products and service has been really great. I would rate the glass products a 5. I have the tansy curved and beaded. They are durable and easy to clean. I love the sensation and exploring with different ends of each and even just running over the body for sensual play. I have the Angelica massager and like it a lot, although I did have to return one due to malfunction, so would rate a 4. Staff took care of this swiftly though and were very helpful. I wasn’t a fan of the Yarrow personally, I would rate a 3. But I do like that it is eco friendly and chargeable vs using a battery. It is also easy to clean. I love the Jasmine,5, and how it has various speeds and is easy to hold and maneuver. Also, a big yes to the toy cleaner, massage oils and lube. When scented, it is natural and not overbearing like other oils. The cleaner works amazingly well and the lube isn’t sticky or thick like some are. I would definitely recommend this company and many of the products.”

“I love the companies ethos and brand. Such a cool idea and I love my toy! Customer service also great. Do you are it clear that you deliver from within the UK? That’s important to me when I’m ordering online. I found the website hard to navigate. Particularly because I wanted to make use of the great 3 for 2 offer but I couldn’t work out how to do that so it took me ages. Your customer support was helpful and I was pleased you offered to apply the deal after I reordered the two items I wanted.”
