“Just wanted to say I am super impressed with Super Botanic in terms of your absolute focus on your customers and your drive for continuous improvement and speedy execution. I have had an email from Maya about items I have kept in my Super Botanic basket, I had been a regular customer of Super Botanic but recently following a change of your system, I noticed I could no longer order products to be shipped to my address in Jersey (Channel Island of the UK). In most similar scenarios I have come across with other companies in the past, even when I contacted the customer service team, the response time would normally take a long time and the answer I normally get back is a typical "computer says no" response. Therefore initially when I couldn't place the order I didn't bother and thought I would need to find an alternative product. Maya then reached out to me offering a 10% discount and her email felt very personal so I decided to explain the issue to Maya on how I can't place the order with the change of the system. Straight away Maya had picked with the relevant tech teams and added Jersey as a destination within an hour of me raising the issue. That is something I have never come across with other companies, the nimbleness and drive for further improvements. I also must add Maya is very supportive and helpful and all her engagements have been customer centric which again I am super impressed with. Finally Super Botanic always has been providing high-quality products so I continue to wish you every success in your business. After all we need to have more companies like you in the world.”

“Came across Super Botanic a couple of months ago and first I was skeptical but after speaking in the DM with the company, my heart was at rest. An amazing company which I can see going to the top in the supplement world. Amazing customer service, very friendly and welcoming. If I ever had an issue or question the replies were really quick and ensured I was always satisfied.”

“Received my wellbeing bundle and it came with the tablet box and bag, so that was a nice little surprise.! I'm pleased with the bundle and this is my second repeat order. Whilst initially I was a little sceptical, I realised how much of a difference all three sets of tablets make when I miss a day or two of taking them. If I miss any days, I notice my sleep is affected and my energy levels feel low. It helps with my energy and fatigue just to get me through a working day! I'm not good at taking capsules so I'd recommend blending the capsules with a smoothie mix. I normally take those with my breakfast smoothie each morning. Also, cannot fault the service. MYA is extremely helpful and the website is very easy to use.”

“Love their products especially the curcumin and Ashwagandha for my insomnia, been taking the curcumin every day for six months, took at three months to feel the difference and now cannot live without them. The joint pain and leg ache I had disappeared and when I ran out and forgot to reorder I literally noticed the pain coming back after 10 days without them. Best now is to set up a subscription, it’s so worth it. I’m also getting the Tongkat Ali for my husband,”

“I have never been one for supplements, mainly because of the lack of real evidence to support the benefits. However, I stumbled across a post by Dr. Idz that pointed me in the direction of various meta analysis that proved these items worked. For a few months now I have been supplementing Ashwaganda, Tongkat Ali, Super Curcumin and Miracle Moringa. Two things stand out for me which I’m over the moon with - improved strength and muscle mass and improved sleep!! The sleep is massive for me and something I thought I’d never improve on :-) Service and delivery is great and the team are always quick to respond in a friendly and helpful manner. Definitely worth giving Super Botanic a try!”

“As woman going through my pre-menopause I was suggested the Tongkat Ali along with the health bundle. After a month of taking it I felt the main difference with my bones, since my pre-menopause my bones feel weak and fragile. I feel since adding the Tongkat Ali my bones feel so much stronger and the pain has also decreased. Such a great product!”

“Was a little skeptical when doing research and purchasing Tongkat Ali in general but the team and information from Super Botanic really helped. I've been really surprised and happy with the results. I've tried a few other variations from other brands but the quality and efficacy of Super Botanic's Tongkat Ali is very good. Have purchased my second order and hope to continue to do so.”
